Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number and a link to follow its journey. Customers with an account can also review their order information from the account area.

If your tracking email has not arrived after dispatch, check your spam folder and then contact us at support@velvetcandies.com.

If your parcel appears lost, arrives damaged or contains damaged products, contact support@velvetcandies.com with your order number as soon as possible.

For damaged deliveries, please include clear photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label and affected items within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue, work with the carrier where necessary and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Depending on your country and device, checkout may also offer PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna and other supported local methods.

Because candy is a food product, opened items cannot normally be returned for resale. However, if an item is damaged, incorrect or has a genuine quality issue, contact us with your order number and photographs where relevant.

Once a refund is approved, we will submit it to your original payment method. Most card refunds appear within 3–5 business days, although the exact timing is controlled by your bank or payment provider.
