We take full responsibility for your order until it arrives safely. If your package is:

  • Lost in transit: We'll reship or refund after the carrier investigation (15 days domestic, 30 days international).
  • Damaged during shipping: Email us photos within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement immediately.
  • Marked delivered but not received: We'll help investigate with the carrier and work on a fair resolution.
